NEW BUSINESS
• Membership Drive 2024 – need to jazz it up a bit to get new members. Promote Salem Business’s
• Do we need to change the time/date of meeting so more can join?
• Mainstream the website – too many topics (currently 30)
• Motion to increase fees (3 tiers -> sole propriety $40, 2-4 employee’s $75, 5+ employee’s $90
o Do we “grandfather in” if we get push back?
• Motion to move forward with Eric trading pictures for membership fee for 2024.
• Officers –
o President – Noosh
o Vice President – Meg
o Treasurer- Susi
o Secretary – Open (Ashley leaving after the new year)
UP NEXT
• Ellen to adjust website minimizing what we have to offer – i.e. “Shop, Dine, Stay” etc.
• Membership committee – not just Ellen
• Next Mixer – Dec 14th at Meg’s 5-7pm – Meg to do potluck.
• Membership letter to reference “what have we done.”
