Laura welcomed everyone to the new Chamber office and 207main offices. If you would like to volunteer for the front desk there is now a link on the website under join/volunteer tab;  2- or 4-hours shifts are available if you would like to enjoy some time on our bustling Main Street! The Chamber now has a phone number and answering machine: 518-854-8050.

Membership Renewals: We have three new member businesses to welcome! CaroVail, The Fort Miller Group and Queen Bea Massage Therapy.

Speaker:   Tom McMorris, a Town Board Member and owner of McMorris Photo, was on hand to discuss the Block House project planned for the Salem Memorial and Veterans’ Park.   • Kate Morse, Executive Director of Hudson Crossing Park is happy to share information and advertising from local businesses and organizations at the Gateway Visitor Center at no charge. See additional information below for creating an image that can be shared on the digital slideshow, and if anyone is interested in sharing flyers, brochures, or rack cards they can be dropped off during regular business hours, which are currently 11am – 2pm Saturday and Sunday. Marissa and Chris shared that the Courthouse Community Center has received a generous donation to help with the Carriage Barn renovation. Larry Snow says Napa is growing! They are currently renting additional space right next door and are expanding their delivery area.

Laura says The Georgi Museum & Park Center is looking forward to a busy season. They are moving forward on the process to 501c3 status, the Museum will be open again this summer, the Plant Sale will be held May 31st  8:30-11 and the Washington County Band/Rotary Ice Cream Social is scheduled for August 6th.
