Community Service Day

Students give back on Service Day! Each year, Salem students step out of the classroom and into the community for the end-of-year Service Day, organized by the National Honor Society. This special day not only strengthens bonds within each grade but also deepens their connection to the larger Salem community.
From washing windows at the Salem Fire Department to lending a hand at the Shushan Covered Bridge Museum, to helping those in need with yard work and more – students dedicate their time to weeding, cleaning, and beautifying many beloved local spots. We are proud of our students for their hard work, positive spirit, and commitment to making a difference right here at home!
